Bischof Heinrich II. von Konstanz nimmt den Kelnhof zu Uttwil von Eberhard Jöchler, der ihn für 15 Mark Silber ans Kloster Münsterlingen verkauft hat, auf und überträgt ihn als hochstiftisches Lehen an genannte Konstanzer Bürger als Trager des Klosters.
