Graf Rudolf von Montfort, Herr zu Feldkirch, setzt aus Gnaden die Steuer der Leute aus Valentschinen, die zu dem Gotteshaus Friesen gehören, auf 20 Pfund Pfennig herab, doch tritt diese Gnade erst nach seinem Tode ein.
