1392-03-20, St. Gallen
Jakob Ruoprecht genannt Löw, Stadtammann zu St. Gallen, tut kund, dass vor ihn gekommen sind die bescheidene Margret Frei von Uttwil, Bürgerin zu St. Gallen, und Johann Gasser, Pfründner und Ammann des Klosters Münsterlingen, dieser im Namen der Meisterin Cäcilia von Königseck. Margret eröffnet, dass sie und ihre Brüder Konrad und Johann Frei der Freien Hof in Uttwil für 75 Pfund Pfennig Konstanzer Münze an Frau Cäcilie von Königseck verkauft haben. Sie nimmt Hug Hofackrer, Bürger zu St. Gallen, zum Vogt, gibt mit seiner Hand den Hof dem Ammann Gasser auf.
