Vor Rudolf Holzach von Wintersee, dem Ammann des Einsiedler Abtes Hugo von Rosenegg, verkauft Erni Hitziler von Menzingen 4 Pfund Pfennig jährlichen Zinses an Priorin und Konvent von Schwyz, "uff dem Bach". Kaufpreis: 51 Pfund Pfennig. Der Verkäufer setzt die Gült auf sein Gut, "heisst Beren vallen", in Menzingen.
