Pantaleon von Inkenberg und Johann Müller, Pfleger des Spitals Zürich, beurkunden, dass sie eine halbe Juchart Acker in Unterengstringen, die an die Weininger Allmend und an das Obresten Gut grenzt, dem Rudolf Koch für zwei Viertel Kernen jährlich übergeben haben.
