Die Schiedsrichter Rudolf Nestaler, Johann von Issnach und Jakob Meyer, alle Bürger von Zürich, entscheiden, dass die Meisterin von Fahr dem Jecklin Hoffmann von Engstringen die Fischenz auf Lebzeiten verliehen habe. Nach seinem Tod fällt sie ans Kloster zurück.
