    Nos igitur Adolphus Romanorum rex predictus devotis precibus dictorum civium nostrorum sancti Galli favorabiliter inclinati dictas litteras a Rudolfo rege predecessorea) nostro ipsis concessas in omnibus suis articulis approbamus, confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Dat. in Vberlingen1, X°. kal. februarii, indictione sexta, anno domini M°.CC°.LXXXX°. tercio, regni vero nostri anno primo.
