Herzog Leopold von Österreich nimmt die Abtei Pfäfers in seinen Schutz und empfiehlt sie hiefür Engelhart von Weinsberg, Landvogt zu Schwaben, und Ulrich von Ems, Vogt zu Feldkirch.
