Tenore presencium pro||testamur et publice profitemur, quod nos ad instar inclite recordacionis Rudolfi || Romanorum regis avi et predecessoris nostri karissimi future utilitati nostre et sacri || imperii providere volentes promittimus, quod curiam homines et universa bona cum foresto de Krieseron1 semper in nostris manibus retinebimus nec per vendicionem vel obligacionem aut infeodacionem vel alio modo aliquo ea alienabimus, sed in antiquo et consueto iure ipsa curabimus observare. In cuius rei testimonium presentes conscribi et sigillo nostre maiestatis iussimus conmuniri.
