Der Offizial von Konstanz beauftragt den Pfarrherrn in Rorschach, die Leibeigene Guta und ihre Kinder zur Erfüllung ihrer Pflichten gegenüber dem Kloster St. Gallen anzuhalten.

    .. officialis curie Constantiensis .. incurato in Roschach1 salutem in domino. || Cum rever(endus) dominus .. abbas2 et conventus monasterii sancti Galli probaverunt fore || notorium, quod Gůta soror .. dicti Regenshi et .. liberi sui iure II proprietatis pertineant monasterio sancti Galli predicto, et nobis hoc liqueat per attestaciones actorum predictorum, tibi mandamus, quatenus prefatam et Gůtam et liberos suos moneas diligenter, ut dictis actoribus servitia exhibeant debita et consueta infra proximos octo dies, alioquin ipsos, quos propter hoc presentibus excommunicamus, extunc prout exnunc publice denuncies excommunicatos.     Geschrieben von ähnlicher (oder gleicher?) Konstanzer Hand wie Nr. 2759.$$Zum Datum: Als Jahresbezeichnung nur ind. IX. - Da am 14. Febr. 1281 (UB Zürich V, 1786) der Offizial noch das ältere Siegel verwendete, sind die Jahre 1295, 1310 und 1325 möglich. Auf 1310 deuten die ähnliche Schrift wie in Nr. 2759, die gleiche Datierung (nur Indiktion) und ein ähnliches Formular in einer Urk. v. 26. Nov. 1313 (Thurg. UB IV, 1177). Ferner ist Regenschi am 3. Mai 1315 (Nr. 2927) als verstorben erwähnt, während er hier noch lebt.
