Ego H. comes senior de Kiburc1 omnibus hanc literam inspecturis salutem et noticiam rei geste. || Noverint omnes, quos nosscea) fuerit oportunum, quod cum quedam possessiones in Tunreton2 et in Altorf3, || quarum proprietas ad monasterium sancti Galli pertinere dinoscitur, a C. abbate beate memorie4 prefati || monasterii pro quadam argenti summa mihi titulo pignoris obligate fuissent5, et quia predictarum possessionum advocacia ad nepotem meum L. beate memorie seniorem de Regensperc6 et filios suos pertinebat, ad eorum peticionem, cum eis hoc proficuum esse viderent, prefatas possessiones eodem iure sive titulo pignoris ipsis reliqui libere possidendas. Ego vero posthac, quidquid in predictis possessionibus ultra sortem receperant, de puro corde et simplici ex toto remisi. In huius igitur remissionis testimonium a me taliter facte presentem cedulam scribi feci et ipsam sigilli mei munimine roboravi. Dat. apud Kiburc7, anno domini M°.CC°.L°.III°. indiccione XII.
