Die Generalvikare von Konstanz verleihen an Rudolf von Rorschach die Eigenleute bei Hugelshofen, die er von Elisabeth und deren Gemahl Rudolf dem Meier von Altstätten gekauft hat.

    Nos vicarii episcopatus Constantiensis auctoritate sedis apostolice in spiritualibus et temporalibus generales notum facimus presentium inspectoribus universis, quod || constituto in nostri presentia sub anno domini millesimo trecentesimo vicesimo primo feria sexta ante festum beati Thome apostoli proxima iudicii in figura stren||nuo viro Egelolfo de Rosemberg1 milite sententialiter coram venerabili in Christo domino Hiltboldo dei gratia abbate monasterii sancti Galli2 tamquam coram iudice || ad hoc conpetenti honeste matrone Eli sab et uxori Rvod. dicti Maier de Altstetten3 armigeri ad infrascripta pro advocato, qui vulgariter ain vogt dicitur, deputato, prout in litteris4 super hoc confectis et sigillis domini abbatis, Rud. et Egelolfi predictorum sigillatis vidimus contineri, idem Egelolfus nomine advocaticio Eli sab et predicte fatebatur, eandem Elisabetam de ipsius Egelolfi tamquam sui advocati consensu auctoritate et voluntate necnon Růdolfum eiusdem Elisabet maritum legittimum omnes homines aput Hugoltshouen5et alibi residentes ad predictam Elis ab et am iure hereditario seu quo vis alio modo devolutos strennuo viro Rud. de Roschach6 militi rite et legittime vendidisse et in ipsum suosque heredes omne ius et accionem ipsis in predictis hominibus usque in hec tempora quovis modo conpetentes legaliter transtulisse, adhibitis circa premissa omnia et singula verborum et gestuum sollempnitatibus debitis et consuetis. Et quia predictos homines ab ecclesia Constantiensi prefata Elisabet in feudum tenebat, predictus Egelolfus nomine advocatitio Elisabet prescripte predictos homines unâ cum Elisabet predicta presente ad manus nostras sponte et libere resignavernta), petentes a nobis, ut predictum Růd. de Roschach militem de huiusmodi hominibus nostra auctoritate dignaremur infeudare et contractum predictum ratificare. Nos itaque recepta a predictis Egelolfo et Elisabet libera resignacione hominum predictorum sepedictum Rud. de Roschach militem presentem et in se infeudacionem infrascriptam recipientem auctoritate, qua fungimur, de predictis hominibus infeudavimus rite et legittime per presentes, approbantes et ratificantes vendicionem hominum predictorum, in quantum illam de iure possumus approbare. Et quia premissis sigilla predictorum Egelolfi, Rud. et Elisabet appensa vidimus, idcirco sigillum vicariatus nostri, quo utimur, presentibus duximus appendendum in testimonium omnium premissorum, adhibitis in premissis omnibus et singulis verborum et gestuum sollempnitatibus debitis et consuetis.
