Abstract
1. Juli 1251, Konstanz
Bischof Eberhard von Konstanz1 verkauft dem Grafen Ulrich I. von Württemberg2 die Burg und Besitz in Wittlingen3 als Lehen. Die eventuelle Rückgabe der Burg oder die Leistung des Kaufpreises hat bei allfälliger Vakanz des Bischofsstuhls an je vier Domherren, Ministerialen (u.a. . . . Ber. de Annewilere seniori4 . . .) und Bürger zuhanden der Kirche Konstanz zu erfolgen.
