Innocentius episcopus servus servorum dei dilecto filio . . abbati sancti Galli1 Constanciensis dyocesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Peticio dilectarum in Christo filiarum . . priorisse ac conventus monasterii de Bollingen Constanciensis dyocesis nobis exhibita continebat, quod nobilis vir . . comes de Raprechtswiler et nobilis mulier . . comitissa uxor et A. filia ipsius locum, in quo monasterium ipsarum, quod est novella plantatio, situm est, quasdam possessiones et alia bona ad ipsos spectantia eis pietatis intuitu contulerunt, prout in litteris inde confectis plenius dicitur contineri. Nos igitur suis supplicationibus inclinati, quod super hoc a comite comitissa et filia predictisa) provide factum est, ratum et gratum habentes id auctoritate apostolica duximus confirmandum. Quocirca discretioni tue per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatinus dictas priorissam et conventum non permittas super hiis confirmationis nostre tenorem ab aliquibus indebite molestari, molestatores huiusmodi per censuram ecclesiasticam appellatione postposita compescendo.
