Tuam honorare personam et per exhibitum tibi honorem alii gratificari volentes, dispensandi cum dilecto filio Waltero canonico ecclesie Episcopalis Celle2 Constantiensis diocesis, pro quo nobis supplicasti, ut liceat ei duo ecclesiastica beneficia, etiam si curam animarum habeant, si ei canonice offerantur, in regno Alamanie recipere ac libere retinere, constitutione generalis concilii super hoc edita non obstante, auctoritate tibi presentium concedimus facultatem, proviso ut beneficia ipsa debitis etc. usque negligatur.
