Abstract
7. April 1256, Konstanz
Bischof Eberhard von Konstanz1 und Ritter Heinrich von Ravensburg2 fällen einen Schiedsspruch im Streit zwischen dem Zisterzienserkloster Salem3 und dem Ritter Ulrich von Bodman4, wobei Abt Berchtold von St. Gallen u. a. weitere Arglist des Ritters verhindern sollen (. . . venerabilis in Christo dominus Bertholdusa) abbas sancti Galli5 et alii quam plures viri nobiles et strennui in alia littera connotati iuxta promissionem iuramento firmatam ad refrenandam ipsius maliciamb) super hoc requisiti . . .).
