Ea, que geruntur, ne cuiusquam valeant tergiversari ca||lumpnia, scripture testimonio perennantur. Noverint igitur presentes et futuri, quod nos predium situm in Swarzenbach3, quod ad nos || pleno iure pertinebat, abbatisse et conventui Maggenowe4 ordinis Cisterciensis Constan(tiensis) diocesis sine dolo et fraudis scrupulo pro quadam summa pecunie, quam et recepimus, vendidimus et tradidimus libere quiete et pacifice perpetualiter possidendum, easdem in corporalem possessionem ducentes et plenam warandiam prestantes.
