Nos Bertholdus dei gratia abbas sancti Galli1, M. deccanus2 totusque conventus monasterii sancti Galli universis presentium || inspectoribus salutem in salutis auctore. Temporale sepe perit negotium, si non illud affirmat assertio litterarum. || Noverint igitur tam presentes quam posteri, quod venerabiles in Christo H. divina pacientia abbas totusque conventus || monasterii in Rvti3 ordinis Premonstratensis Constan(tiensis) diocesis mansum unum situm in Obirntunretun4 pro Rvodolfo dicto Huphan cive quodam in Raprechtswiler5 pro XVI. marcis argenti compararunt, quem mansum idem R. nomine feodi a Wilhelmo et fratribus suis filiis domini Vol. bone memorie dicti ab Egge6 possedit. Iidem vero filii mansum ipsum a dilectis ministerialibus nostris domino H. de Iberc7 et domino Johan. de Lutirberc8 et fratribus eiusdem similiter titulo feodi tenuerunt, qui ministeriales videlicet de Iberc et de Lutirberc prefatum mansum, quem et ipsi a nobis et nostro monasterio feodaliter possidebant, in manus nostras resignarunt. Nos vero ob honorem dei et gloriose virginis Marie genitricis eius necnon omnium sanctorum de consensu unanimi et voluntate concordi prefati M. prioris9 totiusque capituli nostri monasterio predicto in Ruti et personis ibidem domino militantibus memoratum mansum libere in perpetuum concessimus perfruendum. Et ne in nobis ipsis deficiamus, unde aliis proficimus, statuimus, ut dictum monasterium in Ruti singulis annis in festo beati Galli mediam libram cere census nomine nobis et nostro monasterio ad aram sancti Galli offerendo persolvat. Ut hec autem rata et inconvulsa permaneant, presentem paginam desuper scriptam nostro nostrique capituli sigillis fecimus roborari. Testes autem sunt hii: dominus Rvodolfus de Gvttingin10, dominus Heinricus de Rauinspurc11, dominus Egilolfus de Rosinberc12, dominus Rvodolfus de Rorschach13, villicus de Windegge14 milites, B. de Rinegge15 notarius noster, frater Burchardus et frater Waltherus dictus Houemeistir16 de Rvti.
