Abstract
(nach 23. September) 1269, Staufen
Konrad und Johann von Heidegg verzichten auf ihre Pfand- und Lehensrechte am Hof Warmbach in die Hand Gottfrieds von Staufen und bitten ihn, seine Lehensrechte an Walter von Eschenbach und Johann von Schnabelburg aufzugeben.

Obligationem curtis in Warenbachb), quam ego predictus C. pro dote mihi promissa cum sorore vestra hactenus habui, item ius feodale eiusdem curtis, prout a vobis ego Johannes filius sororis vestre tenebam libere cum omni iure pignoratitioc) vel feodali, per presentes vobis sine diminutione qualibet resignamus, petentes, ut et vos omne ius vobis competens ex successione paterna in manus dominorum nostrorum nobilium virorum Waltheri de Eschibach militis et Johannis de Snabelburgd) consortis sui in prescripto feodoe) libere resignetis et absolute.
