Nos autem, cum propter nimias impetrationes commissionum tam sedis apostolice quam auctoritatis nostre quam plurimos frustra vexari cognoverimus, in sinodo proxima per nos in Constantia celebrata generaliter inhibuimus, ne quis prelatorumb), cui cause committebantur vel adhuc solent committi, se de illis iuxta inhibitionem per nos factam nullo modo intromitterentc) sine nostra licentia speciali.
