Noverint universi et singuli presencium inspectores, quod cum Dietricus miles de Altstetten2 senior curiam sitam || prope Muntigel3 dictam das gůt zem Raine4 cum agris et pratis ac aliis universis suis pertinenciis, quam a nobis nostroque monasterio || iure tenuit feodali, venerabilibus in Christo . . abbati et conventui monasterii in Salem5 ordinis Cyster(ciensis) de consensu pleno et expresso Vodilhildis uxoris sue6 et Walt.7 filii eorundem necnon omnium aliorum, quorum intererat, receptis ab eisdem de Salem quatuordecim marcis argenti puri et legalis ponderis Constantiensis vendidisset, nos ob honorem gloriose virginis, cui iidem de Salem iugiter famulantur, et ob favorem religionis, quia sine nostro consensu idem contractus non poterat consumari, antedicte curie zem Raine cum suis pertinenciis a prefato Dietrico dicto villico de Altstetten milite resignacione ad manus nostras libera prius facta, eandem curiam cum universis suis pertinenciis, ut premissum est, pro dimidia libra cere in feste purificacionis beate Marie virginis annis singulis nostro monasterio persolvenda in predictos abbatem et conventum ac ipsorum monasterium de Salem sub iure enphitheotico possidendam transferimus et transtulisse presentibus profitemur, predictam vendicionem ratam et gratam perpetuo habituri, nichilominus nostrum et capituli nostri sigilla presenti instrumento appendentes ad confirmacionem omnium premissorum. Nos quoque Dietricus miles de Altstetten dictus villicus et Walt. filius eius prenotati omnia, que premissa sunt, profitemur esse vera et predictam peccuniam quatuordecim marcarum recepisse et in usus nostros convertisse, renunciantes omni iuri et impeticioni, quo predicta vendicio posseta) inposterum enervari, presenti instrumento nostra sigilla appendentes.
