    Omnibus intuentibus presens scriptum ego Volricus miles de Gutingen1 confiteor per presentes, quod ego exnunc renuncio || et cedo libere et absolute omni iuri mihi vel heredibus meis conpetenti in persona Itê dicte Kempterin et eiusdem II pueris, quos ad manus H. portarii monasterii sancti Galli2 nomine ipsius monasterii una cum dicto iure michi conpelltenti publice resignavi3 et tradidi monasterio prenotato.
