Noverit igitur presens etas et futura || posteritas, quod cum honorabilis in Christo Cvonradus prepositus ecclesie Constanciensis et vir strennuus Volricus miles de Clingenberch fratres2 || nos, nostrum Patrimonium et nostra negocia multis serviciorum favoribus prosequantur et variis promocionum actibus nobis necessitatis tempore utilitatis experienciam exhibeant et inpendant, nos ex preteritis in futurum per eorundem Cvonr. et Volr. fratrum servicia, promociones et merita nos et nostra negocia amplius promoveri sperantes eisdem Cvonr. et Volr. fratribus tamquam privatis personis ius patronatus ecclesie in Rvmelanch3 nobis ex nostro patrimonio iure hereditario pertinens auctoritate et consensu Rvodolfi comitis de Habspurch4 nostri mariti gubernatoris et generalis procuratoris rerum nostrarum, necnon auctoritate reverendi patris H. dei gratia Const(anciensis) episcopi5 intercedente perpetuo, simpliciter, pure et liberaliter donavimus et in eos transtulimus eisque donamus et in eos transferimus presencium per tenorem.
