Nos Henricus dei gratia abbas1 monasterii saneti Galli notum fieri cupimus universis, quos nosce fuerit oportunum, quod cum dilectus millnisterialis nostri monasterii Gozwinus de Rebsten2 rite et legitime vendiderit Růdegerum dictum von Dorf, quem a nobis nostroque monasterio || in feodum tenuit, viro discreto Ruod. ministro de Bregantia3, nos ad petitionem utriusque scilicet vendentis et ementis dictum || Růd. ministrum infeodavimus de persona Rudegeri prenotati ad possidendum titulo et iure feodali pro tempore sue vite iure, quod vulgariter libgiding nominatur. Conventum est enim, ut post decessum prelibati R. ministri predictus Rudegerus ad monasterium nostrum debeat libere pertinere. In premissorum autem evidentiam sigillum nostrum duximus presentibus apponendum. Datum et actum apud sanctum Gallum anno domini millesimo CCC.III. XIII. kaln. aug. indic. prima.
