Quibus litteris receptis et perlectis nobis pro parte dicte universitatis humiliter fuit supplicatum, ut ad execucionem nobis in dictis litteris conmissorum procedere dignaremur. Nos in premissis secundum iuris exigenciam procedere cupientes idcirco vobis in virtute sancte obediencie et sub pena suspensionis ab officio vestro divinorum firmiter et districte precipiendo mandamus, quatinus dilectum in Christo Hainricum de Griesshain sacerdotem, quem dicti opidani, ut premissum est, captivarunt, citetis, quem et nos presentibus citamus, ut coram nobis proxima feria sexta post festum beati Galli confessoris Constan(cie) in curia habitacionis nostre compareat ad ostendendum, an sibi satisfactum sit per universitatem predictam super eo, quod ipsum, ut premissum est, captivarunt, aut si non sibi satisfactum existat, ad recipiendum satisfaccionem super premissis, alioquin eius absencia non obstante in premissis, prout iustum fuerit, procedemus.
