Der Konstanzer Generalvikar Otto von Rheineck (. . . Otto de Rinegg1 vicarius reverendi in Christo patris domini . . electi et confirmati ecclesie Constanciensis2 in spiritualibus et temporalibus generalis . . .) beauftragt den Dekan von Vechigen3 mit der Einsetzung eines Priesters in Moosseedorf4.
