Der Zurzacher Propst und Konstanzer Generalvikar Otto von Rheineck (Otto de Rinegg1 prepositus ecclesie Zurziacensis2 vicarius reverendi in Christo patris ac domini domini Heinr. dei gracia episcopi Constantiensis3 in spiritualibus generalis . . .) widerruft die Prozesse Bischof Heinrichs gegen das Basler Domkapitel.
