Nos Hainr. dei gracia episcopus Constanciensis2 ad universorum noticiam deducimus per presentes, quod nos omnibus indulgenciis || in litteris3 venerabilium in Christo dominorum episcoporum fratrum nostrorum in eisdem suis litteris per nos sub sigillis ipsorum pendentibus || sanis et integris visis et perlectis, quibus eciam hec nostra littera sigillo nostro episcopali sigillata est transfixa, contentis et || per eos concessis ducti pie intencionis proposito consensum nostrum ordinarium et voluntatem,a) quantum de iure possumus et debemus, adhibentes, omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis in dictis litteris nostrorum fratrum comprehensa modo, ut in ipsis exprimitur, peragentibus de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius auctoritate confisi quadraginta dierum indulgencias in domino misericorditer elargimur.
