Abstract

Ein Notar beurkundet, dass im Hause des Kaplans Heinrich Costentzer von Wil (. . . in domo habitacionis honorabilis in Christo domini Hainrici dicti Costentzer de Wil capellani altaris sancti Martini1 siti sub testudine in ecclesia Constan(ciensi) . . .) dieser gelobt habe, seinen Bruder (. . . Johannes dictus Costentzer de Wil2 frater suus . . .) in der Gemeinderschaft aller Güter auf Lebenszeit nicht zu beeinträchtigen und dessen Verfügungen zu genehmigen.
