Papst Gregor XII. providiert Hugo Berlin von Arbon1, magister in artibus, für ein Benefizium, dessen Verleihung dem Bischof und Domkapitel von Konstanz oder dem Abt und Konvent von St. Gallen zusteht (... ad ... necnon abbatis et conventus monasterii sancti Galli ordinis sancti Benedicti Constanciensis diocesis collationem provisionem presentationem ... pertinens ...), und beauftragt den Bischof von Cittanova2 und die Äbte von Kreuzlingen3 und der Reichenau4 mit dem Vollzug.
