Johannes dei gratia sancte Pragensis ecclesie archiepiscopus et apostolice sedis legatus vniuersis Christi fidelibus salutem et sinceram in domino caritatem. Quia honorabilis vir ac religiosus frater dominus Petrus abbas de Altouado ordinis Cisterciensis nobis humiliter supplicauit, quatenus dona spiritualia siue relaxatiua videlicet munera ac peccatorum remissiones et indulgencias ad ymaginem Marie virginis, per que Christi fideles ad pietatis opera et ad augmentum diuine gratie incitarentur, forcius largiremur, nos igitur considerantes ipsius affectum fore iustum et deificum omnibus vere penitentibus confessis et contris (sic), quicumque prefatum monasterium in Altouado visitauerint et coram prefata ymagine Marie virginis "aue Maria“ septem deuote dixerint siue orauerint, flexis genibus de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum Petri et Pauli et sanctorum omnium meritis confisi firmiter quadraginta dies iudulgenciarum de iniunctis eis penitenciis in domiuo misericorditer relaxamus perpetuis temporibus duraturis. Presencium sub sigillo testimonio literarum. Datum in Altouado anno domini millesimo tricentesimo octugesimo (sic) quarto die septima mensis Decembris.
