Pius episcopus seruus seruorum dei venerabili fratri Jeronimo archiepiscopo Cretensi vicecamerario nostro auctoritate apostolica in regno Bohemie potestatem ordinarii habenti salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Sincere deuotionis integritas, qua nos et Romanam ecclesiam reuereris, aliaque virtutum dona, quibus personam tuam, prout longa experiencia percepimus, altissimus insigniuit, spem nobis indubiam pollicentur, quod ea, que tibi committenda duxerimus, prudenter et fideliter exequeris. De tua itaque singulari prudencia plenam in domino fiduciam obtinentes ac sperantes per tuam circumspectionem prouidam et prouidentiam circumspectam in regno Bohemie ac terris castris et locis in eo consistentibus cultum vigere iusticie, volentesque propterea, quod in eis spiritualis gladii fungaris, tibi in illis ordinariam potestatem et iurisdictionem excercendi in omnibus, prout ordinarii in partibus illis excercere consueuerunt, plenam et omnimodam vigore presentium concedimus facultatem, constitutionibus apostolicis ac regni ciuitatum terrarum castrorum et locorum predictorum ceterisque contrariis non obstantibus quibuscunque. Datum Rome apud sanctum Petrum anno incarnationis dominice millesimo quadringentesimo sexagesimo primo duodecimo Kalendas Januarii pontificatus nostri anno quarto.
