Seal: Zwei beschädigte, an Pergamentstreifen hängende Siegel in grünem Wachs. -
Seal: a) Mittelgross. Maria mit dem Jesukinde, stehend. - + Sigillum. Domini . And . . e . Prepositi . Ecclesie . Plagensis.
Seal: b) Ziemlich gross; Maria mit dem Jesukinde sitzt auf einer Bank mit gitterförmiger Lehne. - + S. Conventvs . Dom . . . e . Marie . I . Plaga.
In nomine domini amen. Reuerendo in Christo patri ac domino domino Thome abbati necnon venerabilibus ac religiosis viris et fratribus Leonardo priori totique conuentui monastery Altouadensis ordinis Cisterciensis Pragensis diocesis frater Andreas prepositus Egidius prior totusque conuentus monastery Slagensis ordinis Premonstratensis Patauiensis diocesis cum orationum suffragio salutari omnimodarumque complacenciarum applausum. Pensantibus nobis et animi nostri in archa sollicite reuoluentibus, ut habetur 2° Regnum xiii.: "Omnes morimur et quasi aqua dilahimur“, et quod vita hominis est tamquam vapor ad modicum parens, vt euidenter beatus Job in suo agyographo expressit dicens: "Homo natus de muliere breui viuens tempore“ etc. et fugit velut. (sic) et redigitur in id, de quo factus est, nec tamen sciri potest, quis quo dignus sit odio an amore. Quamuis ex caritatis debito omnes teneamur illis tamen longe amplius, quorum deuocionem ceteris beneficiorum indicys frequentius experimur, veluti clara experiencia cognouimus, quo ardore ipsa caritas per spiritum sanctum cordibus vestris infusa in nos tendat. Quare dignum reputamus et super omnia diuine acceptabile voluntati ad hoc operose intendere, quomodo mutuis orationibus et labore transitorio quietem perpetuam possimus emercari. Eapropter nos vnanimi consensu vestre caritati et affeccioni grata deuocione obuiantes pagina presenti roborante statuimus vobiscum perpetue fraternitatis vnionem cum participacione omnium bonorum in vita pariter et in morte, que per nos et posteros nostros exnunc et deinceps operata fuerit clementia saluatoris. Adicientes quod, cum diuine placuerit voluntati, de exilio instantis miserie vos vocare, vesterque obitus multo annuente domino tempore differendus nobis fuerit intimatus, quem dominus felicem faciat mox pro ipsius uel ipsorum remedio animaram die competenti in capitulo nostri monastery iuxta consuetudinem psalmas defunctorum lectis scilicet verba mea domine ne infu. dilexi credidi de pro fund. cum commendacione missa vero et vigilie defunctorum diligenter adimplebuntur. Sed et singuli sacerdotes quilibet missam pro eodem defuncto seu defunctis persoluent infra sacerdocium quinquagenam psalmorum, laici vero centum "pater noster“, diesque obitus ipsorum nostro martologo (sic) annotantes, ne vestra circa nos et successorum vestrorum fraterna pereat memoria. Et sic vt, qui nexu amoris corporalis in Christo coniungimur, solutis corporibus in requie beata feliciter congregemur. Vt autem conpromisse fraternitatis vinculum ex parte nostri ac successorum nostrorum inconuulsum permaneat, presentem litteram sigillorum nostrorum prepositi et conuentus duximus appensione roborandum. Datum et actum nostro in monasterio Slagensi quarta decima mensis July anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo sexagesimo sexto.
