Petr, zbraslavský opat, prodává se souhlasem Oldřicha, sedleckého opata, visitátora kláštera, dědičnou rychtu v Lanškrouně s rozličným příslušenstvím, kterou koupil od Dětřicha ze Štěnce, Tyčkovi ze Žamberka, lanškrounskému měšťanu.
