23. duben 1563, Brno
Augustiánský klášter sv. Tomáše v Brně dostává od svého bývalého úředníka Jana Plešnicera z Plzence dvůr, uvedený v listině z 9. ledna 1559 (č. 152), a náhradou dává kus polí za Novou ulicí. Plešnicar si podržuje nadále ostatní příslušenství dvora, z něhož bude klášteru platit ročně 34 bílé groše.
