1327 únor 18, Opava (Opavia)
Bolek, kníže opolský a pán falkenberský, vyznává, že je knížetem a vazalem Jana, krále českého a polského, a že přijal od něho lénem Falkenbersko s vyjmenovanými městy.Bolco, dux Opoliensis et dominus Falkenbergensis, recognoscit se principem et vasallum Iohannis, regis Bohemiae et Poloniae, esse ac terram Falkenbergensem cum civitatibus nominatis ab eodem feodali iure recepisse.
