1327 únor 19, Opava (Opavia)
Vladislav, kníže kozelský, vyznává, že je knížetem a vazalem Jana, krále českého a polského, a že přijal od něho lénem svou Kozelskou zemi se jmenovanými městy a hrady.Vladislaus, dux Cosslensis, recognoscit se principem et vasallum Iohannis, regis Bohemiae et Poloniae, esse ac terram suam Cosslensem cum civitatibus et castris nominatis ab eodem feodali iure recepisse.
