Václav, král římský a český, dává souhlas k tomu, že Habard st. ze Žerotína postoupil bratrům Plichtovi, Habardovi a Habardovi ze Žerotína hrad Kostomlaty s příslušenstvím, který je lénem České koruny, s podmínkou doživotního užívání, a uděluje jmenovaným bratrům toto léno po Habardově smrti.Venceslaus, Romanorum et Bohemiae rex, approbat Habardum Seniorem de Žerotín fratribus Plichtae, Habardo et Habardo de Žerotín castrum Kostomlaty cum pertinenentiis, feudum coronae regni Bohemiae, cum conditione tenendi ad tempus vitae resignavisse et praenominatis fratribus Kostomlaty in feudum nobile post Habardi mortem confert.Source Regest: Archivum Coronae Regni Bohemiae V/1 (Praha 2007) S. 56, Nr. 1227
