1329 květen 9, Vratislav (Vratislavia)
Jindřich, kníže slezský a hlohovský a pán zaháňský, vyznává, že přijal všechny své statky před Odrou a za Odrou lénem od Jana, krále českého a polského.Henricus, dux Silesiae et Glogoviae ac dominus Saganensis, recognoscit se omnia bona sua citra et ultra Oderam fluvium sita a Iohanne, rege Bohemiae et Poloniae, in feudum recepisse.
