1329 květen 10, Vratislav (Vratislavia)
Konrád, kníže slezský a hlohovský a pán v Olešnici, vyznává, že přijal všechny své statky před Odrou a za Odrou lénem od Jana, krále českého a polského.Conradus, dux Silesiae et Glogoviae ac dominus Olesnicensis, recognoscit se omnia bona sua citra et ultra Oderam fluvium sita a Iohanne, rege Bohemiae et Poloniae, in feudum recepisse.
