1334 březen 20, Lutych (Leodium)
Jan, král český a polský, postupuje dědičně Gyskovi z Vidu, měšťanu vratislavskému, který na králově místě dal Jindřichovi, knížeti vratislavskému, 40 hřiven polské váhy důchodů, zemský soud tamtéž.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae et Poloniae, Gysconi de Wid, civi Vratislaviensi, qui regis loco Henrico, duci Vratislaviensi, 40 marcarum Polonici ponderis redditus dedit, iudicium provinciale ibidem hereditarie resignat.
