1337 březen 28, Vratislav (Vratislavia)
Jindřich, kníže slezský a pán [fürstenberský a] javorský, vysvědčuje, že hrad a městečko Kąty a statek Kamionna s výnosy, které mu [Jan] král český udělil na dobu života, mají po jeho smrti připadnout českému králi.Henricus, dux Silesiae et dominus [Furstenbergensis ac] Iavoriensis, recognoscit castrum cum oppido Kąty et allodium Kamionna cum fructibus, sibi per [Iohannem] regem Bohemiae ad tempora vitae assignata, post mortem suam ad regem Bohemiae revolvi debere.
