1338 červen 22, Freistadt [Kozuchów] (Freistadt)
Jindřich, kníže slezský a pán zaháňský, osvobozuje Jana, krále českého, který potvrdil prodej knížectví stínavského, od všech peněžních částek, jimiž mu byl český král povinen za složení manské přísahy.Henricus, dux Silesiae et dominus Saganensis, Iohannem, regem Bohemiae, qui venditionem ducatus Stinaviensis confirmavit, omnibus pecuniae quantitatibus ratione homagii sibi debitis liberat.
