Jan, král český, a Karel, jeho prvorozený syn a markrabě moravský, slibují Heymannovi z Náchoda, který je jejich ručitelem u mnoha různých osob, že ho zbaví příslušných dluhů a škod.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae, et Karolus, filius eius primogenitus ac marchio Moraviae, Heymanno de Náchod, fideiussori suo apud multas varias personas, promittunt se eum de praemissis omnibus debitis ac damnis liberum facere velle.
