Jan, král český, a Karel, jeho prvorozený syn a markrabě moravský, prodávají Boleslavovi, knížeti slezskému a pánu lehnickému, město Lubín s hradem a s okolím jako léno.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae, et Karolus, filius eius primogenitus ac marchio Moraviae, Boleslao, Silesiae duci ac domino Legnicensi, civitatem Lubin cum castro adiacente et toto districtu nomine feodi vendunt.
