1339 červenec 31, Vratislav (Vratislavia)
Jan, král český, se zavazuje, že lenní statky měšťanů Budyšína, které na něho mají spadnout odúmrtí, nebude za života nynějšího držitele udělovat bez jeho souhlasu nikomu jinému.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae, se civium Budissinensium bona feudalia in regem devolvenda sine possessoris praesentis (dum viveret) consensu nemini esse donaturum promittit.
