Boleslav, kníže slezský a pán lehnický, slibuje osvobodit Karla, markraběte moravského, od všech závazků, které se týkají zástavy měst Namyslów, Kluczbork, Byczyna a Wolczyn jeho bratru Kazimírovi, králi polskému.Boleslaus, dux Silesiae et dominus Legnicensis, Karolum, marchionem Moraviae, ab omnibus pignoribus obligationem civitatum Namslaviae, Kluczbork, Byczyna et Wolczyn fratri suo Kazimiro, regi Poloniae, pertinentibus se esse liberaturum promittit.
