Jan, král český, slibuje, že nikdy neodloučí Aš, Selb a Marktredwitz od města a rychty v Chebu, a osvobozuje Cheb a celé Chebsko od obecné berně.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae, se numquam Aš, Selb ac Marktredwitz oppida a civitate et iudicio Egrensi segregaturum esse promittit totumque districtum a berna generali liberat.
