Jan, kníže slezský a pán stínavský, zastavuje Bertoldovi z Lipé, proboštu vyšehradskému a kancléři Království českého, hrad a město Góru s celým územím za stejných podmínek, jako v AČK 247.Iohannes, dux Silesiae et dominus Stinaviensis, Bertoldo de Lipá, praeposito Wissegradensi ac regni Bohemiae cancellario, castrum et civitatem Gora cum toto territorio sub iisdem conditionibus, ut in AČK 247, obligat.
