Karel, prvorozený syn krále českého a markrabě moravský, potvrzuje a obnovuje Heinlinu Eylowerovu, rychtáři a urburéři v Kutné Hoře, všechna práva a statky, které jemu a jeho tchánu Mikuláši kdysi Ruthardovu udělil král Jan.Karolus, regis Bohemiae primogenitus et marchio Moraviae, Heinlino Eyloweri, iudici et urburae magistro Kuttenbergensi, omnia iura et bona, quae ei et Nicolao quondam Ruthardi, socero eiusdem, Iohannes rex dedit, approbat.
